ELIGIBILITY

  • Patient must be aware of, and willing to have us film;

  • Patient must have a diagnosis of a life threatening condition;

  • We prioritize patients who are currently in-patient (hospitalized) or are scheduled to be in-patient.

Patients with life threatening conditions can join us in two ways:

  • Film project - send us a little bit of your story below;

  • Book of tips - send us your suggestions and advice to other patients going through similar experiences.
